The Opportunity We are seeking a Payroll Compliance Analyst to join our People and Culture team from 20 January 2025.
Working closely with the payroll team across Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CESL), you will be responsible for a comprehensive analysis of payroll calculations to identify and mitigate risks, enhance employee trust, and protect the organisation from non-compliance with policies and regulations.
You will have: Experience and understanding of payroll processing, technologies, and relevant legislation.Previous experience in internal payroll assurance or similar.Skills in research, analytical assessment, and problem solving.Highly developed database and computer skills.Exceptional attention to detail.What CESL can offer you: Opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team.Commence in the new year - 20 January 2025.Choice of location - be based in Bendigo, Wangaratta, or Tatura.Choice of hours - full time fixed term for 2 years (or open to part time 4 days).Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) CESL is situated in Central and North Eastern Victoria, home to 52 Catholic schools educating 19,750 students in large regional centres and small vibrant townships.
