We are seeking a Payroll Compliance Analyst to join our People and Culture team from 20 January 2025.
Working closely with the payroll team across Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CESL), you will be responsible for a comprehensive analysis of payroll calculations to identify and mitigate risks, enhance employee trust, and protect the organisation from non-compliance with policies and regulations.
You will have:
Experience and understanding of payroll processing, technologies, and relevant legislation.
Previous experience in internal payroll assurance or similar.
Skills in research, analytical assessment, and problem solving.
Highly developed database and computer skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
