As a Remuneration Services Assistant, your contributions will significantly assist with enhancing the efficiency and level of customer support of payroll processes while also providing accuracy to the Remuneration function.Your all-round payroll support will make you a valuable asset to the team.
Responsibilities include:Payroll data entry – timesheets, leave, separation certificates, employment verifications, work arrangements and case driven data entry using strong attention to detailSuperannuation reporting, reconciliations, payment processing along with superannuation administrationPayroll queries – addressing staff enquiries regarding payroll and superannuation matters with clarity and patienceCustomer service excellence – delivering supportive customer service and coaching to educate staff on complex systems, entitlements and processesTeam administrative tasks including reviewing payroll tools, guides and communicationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLEYou will bring enthusiasm, commitment and experience coupled with a desire to learn JCU processes and systems, specifically superannuation administration and payroll processing.
