The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll professional to join our ANZ Payroll team located in Perth. The roles are to support the Australia/New Zealand payroll processing and wider business.
As part of the Stantec Payroll team you will be responsible for:
Accurate processing of payroll payments to approximately 2,300 Australia based employees.
Maintenance of employee records.
Responding to queries from employees, HR, and business leaders.
Working with the team to investigate and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications About you Key components of this role include:
Australia Payroll experience, at least 2-4 years.
PayGlobal experience or exposure to a payroll software.
A sound understanding of Australian Payroll legislation including superannuation.
Excellent communication skills.
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills – with the ability to stay calm!
Enjoy working with a team of people who like to have a laugh and can laugh at themselves.
An intermediate level in Microsoft products, particularly Excel is required, with a strong focus on attention to detail. If you have the flexibility and commitment to work under pressure and meet deadlines, manage your area of responsibility - then we want to hear from you.
