GM3 is a joint venture between Golden Energy and Resources (GEAR) and M Resources, a prominent player in the metallurgical coal industry. Our operations include two underground mines, two preparation plants, and a logistics chain. As the Payroll and Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant timekeeping and payroll outcomes. You will also provide administrative support to the HR team.
Key responsibilities include:
Interpreting and inputting time and attendance data, including timesheets, additional shifts, and leave requests.Building strong relationships with HR colleagues, operational leadership, and external advisors to meet deadlines and achieve goals.Ensuring compliance with relevant industrial instruments by interpreting time and attendance data.Resolving time and attendance discrepancies, handling payroll queries, and collaborating with the team to resolve issues efficiently.About YouYou will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following areas:
Proficiency in variable payroll systems, preferably SAP, in a similar busy environment.Technical understanding of Superannuation and PAYG tax.Ability to analyze data to problem-solve payroll discrepancies.Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and organizing workload effectively.Ability to question, listen actively, and respect differing viewpoints; a team player who values collaboration and support.Relevant qualifications in Payroll, Human Resources, or related disciplines are required for this position.
