The Payroll and Finance Officer will have responsibility for facilitating fortnightly payroll processes and maintaining all aspects of payroll compliance including end of month processes. This role is also responsible for all aspects of NDIS claiming including service bookings, portal claiming and NDIS client billing.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Payroll role within a medium to large organization, and demonstratable knowledge of payroll and rostering systems.
In addition, you will demonstrate:
Strong attention to detail; Strong financial, organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills; Demonstratable collaboration and communication skills; High level service quality and continuous improvement capabilities; Bonus attributes include experience with NDIS claims portals and holding a qualification in accounting, book-keeping or other business-related areas.
