Payroll And Customer Service Officer- Pharmacy Group

A busy retail pharmacy chain in Perth requires the services of a Customer Service, Payroll & Roster Officer to join the team.
This is a great opportunity to join an established business offering full-time working hours and a friendly team environment.
This role offers a variety of responsibilities. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Providing a high standard of customer service Taking enquiries from our store staff Managing fortnight roster, time biometric or web-based clock-on system, leave requests, terminations and new employee processing. Processing payroll Reconciliation of payroll related General Ledger accounts Provide assistance to all staff with any payroll and superannuation queries, and handle all queries in a professional and timely manner Perform audits and reconciliations of salaries/wages, leave history etc. Answering incoming calls Respond to enquiries via email and phone Data entry and database management Processing invoices and receipting General office duties Debtors - chasing payments and processing credit applications. The successful candidate will have:
Previous retail pharmacy or customer service experience Previous experience working in a small team environment Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Good phone manner and ability to correspond effectively via email Experience with MYOB is required. Good organisational skills, be efficient with acute attention to detail. Previous administration experience Punctual and reliable. Hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

Pay: $62,178.81 – $65,000.00 per year
