We work closely with our clients to manage their IT needs end-to-end, just like an internal IT department.
Key Responsibilities: Finance SupportRecording daily financial activities and updating finance systems.Handling accounts payable and receivable.Creating financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.Finding and evaluating suppliers for quality, reliability, and cost.Negotiating contracts for the best deals.Preparing and managing purchase orders according to company needs and budget.Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in procurement.Assessing, managing, and mitigating risks in the procurement process.Payroll Management:Ensure payroll is processed both accurately and punctually.Keep detailed payroll records and make sure they adhere to applicable laws and regulations.Address employee questions related to payroll.Generate payroll reports for management review.Office Management:Maintain the office and ensure it remains a safe and clean workspace.Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.Liaise with vendors and service providers.Arrange company events and meetings.Administrative Support:Help onboard and offboard employees.Keep employee records and update HR systems.Support the HR department with administrative tasks.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Assist with hiring, from job postings and screening to interviews.
