Payroll And Accounts Specialist

The position, reporting directly to the Finance Director is responsible for:
Ensuring correct and timely generation of monthly financial reports.Ensuring correct and timely entry of data into ERP or other supporting accounting / IT systems including:
1. Invoices
2. Documents for reconciliation
3. General ledger journalsProcessing the fortnightly payroll for both hourly paid and salaried staff, assist with employee payroll related enquiries and maintain payroll master data fileAssisting working with auditors, tax advisors and tax authorities and any other relevant authorities to achieve compliance and positive results.Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify and/or develop new opportunities If you want to be part of a small and fun team and have the energy and desire to be part of our new future we would love to hear from you!
