We work to reimagine a new way forward for our 1.1 million members and their communities.Your New Role6 month max term positionAs Payroll Analyst working within the Payroll team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of fortnightly and monthly payroll services for Aware Super, including salary payments, salary sacrificing, employee terminations, redundancy calculations, and managing the payroll inbox.How do you exceed our expectations?Minimum of 2 years' experience in PayrollAdvanced knowledge of payroll systems and operations, specifically including ADPUnderstanding of payroll compliance, general payroll practices, procedures, operations, and legislationKnowledge of Modern Awards and other state and industry legislationExperience with accounting software to account for payroll transactions (e.g. SAP, SUN etc.) including reconciliations and balance sheet substantiationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, deal with complexity, and work through ambiguityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and accuracyThe idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simpleYou are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
