As pioneers within the Australia and New Zealand payments landscape, Eway is a leading business-to-business ecommerce provider and Ezidebit a digital recurring business-to-consumer payments processing platform.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst to support our payroll processes across multiple regions, including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand. In this role, you'll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, prepare essential reports, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our payroll operations.Partnering with the ANZ People & Culture team and working closely with the APAC Payroll team you will:Manage payroll processing for employees in the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on Australia and New Zealand;Ensure timely and accurate preparation of periodic payroll reports and consolidate data as needed;Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists to ensure compliance;Oversee and monitor superannuation and tax processes;Prepare payroll month-end reports for accounting and auditing purposes;Provide necessary data and documentation during audit periods;Handle ad hoc reports and special projects as required.About youGlobal Payments is committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), with our vision to be Champions of Inclusion. A team mate that collaborates, partners and can stand with us.You will also bring the following skills and experience:5+ years' experience in Payroll and Benefits Administration in particular with a strong working knowledge of Australian and New Zealand payroll requirements;Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Google Forms. Experience with Dayforce is a bonus.Strong communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage however not essential;Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues effectively;Ability to escalate issues when necessary, maintaining proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven work habits.Team-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy;Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, or a related field is preferred.SalaryThe salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 + superannuation.Our benefitsWe want you to be you!
