It oversees corporate environments, sustainability initiatives, payroll, recruitment, policy development, workplace relations, and workforce management.About the RoleIn the HR Shared Services team you will have the chance to work closely with various external client groups, providing essential operational support in a fast-paced environment. Your main focus will be on supporting our clients throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring their payroll and recruitment needs are met seamlessly.CapabilitiesAs our ideal candidate you will be flexible and adaptable, willing to learn and consider new ideas. You will be willing to contribute to innovation, be customer focussed and engage with new technologies as we transform.Desirable Qualifications and ExperienceDemonstrated work experience in high volume Payroll operations or a similar field.Experience using payroll systems such as Chris21, SAP, MYOB, Xero.Strong attention to detail.Enjoys working in high-volume team environments.Strong customer service and both written and verbal communication skills.Problem solving and investigating of complex queries with a focus on providing positive outcomes.Applications close 11:59pm on Wednesday 16 October 2024.
