About the Division
The People Strategy and Operations (VPS) division is responsible for managing HR operations and providing strategic support for both corporate staff and accommodation services. It oversees corporate environments, sustainability initiatives, payroll, recruitment, policy development, workplace relations, and workforce management.
About the Role
In the HR Shared Services team you will have the chance to work closely with various external client groups, providing essential operational support in a fast-paced environment. Your main focus will be on supporting our clients throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring their payroll and recruitment needs are met seamlessly.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Demonstrated work experience in high volume Payroll operations or a similar field.
Experience using payroll systems such as Chris21, SAP, MYOB, Xero.
Strong attention to detail.
Enjoys working in high-volume team environments.
Strong customer service and both written and verbal communication skills.
Problem solving and investigating of complex queries with a focus on providing positive outcomes.
