The Role Are you looking to build your experience in the payroll function? BG&E have a great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Perth. You'll be working alongside a full-time Payroll Officer and will be supporting the end-to-end payroll Australia wide. As part of the Finance team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our employees on a daily basis.
What to expect? ·Managing the inbox, promptly addressing queries, and assigning tasks
·Conducting administrative duties
·Onboarding new employees into the ESS payroll system
·Handling employee requests for payroll deductions and allowances
·Managing exit calculations and new starter calculations
·Processing monthly payroll runs for permanent and casual employees, including out-of-cycle runs
·Conducting audits on leave accruals and OT balances
·Generating monthly superannuation, payroll tax, and PAYG reports
·Undertaking ad hoc tasks as needed
About you: We're seeking an enthusiastic individual with a customer-centric approach. You are confident utilising Excel and other Microsoft office products. You prioritize confidentiality and possess a good understanding of Australian legislative requirements. Your communication is clear and concise, and you thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment while also being able to work autonomously.
