About the role Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about payroll? We're looking for a Payroll Administrator to work closely with our Payroll Officer, providing essential support to keep our payroll processes running smoothly and professionally.
This role is perfect for someone who may be interested in learning the payroll function from the ground up. You will:
Provide timely and accurate administrative support to ensure payroll deadlines are met;Assist with the payroll processing;Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with all payroll regulations;Address payroll inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies;Assist with audits and reporting as needed.What You will Bring: Strong Administrative Skills: Proven experience managing detailed tasks with accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Particularly Excel; ability to work efficiently in a digital environment.Excellent Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.Adaptability & Eagerness to Learn: No prior payroll experience?
