Our client is a well-known Healthcare services organisation based in Melbourne's Inner City Suburbs, they are seeking a experienced Payroll Consultant to join their high performing Payroll services team on a permanent basis.Key responsibilities: Provide first line customer service in response to employee enquiries and provide timely and accurate advice on payroll administration mattersProvide administrative support to the Payroll Services teamUnder direction, undertake efficient, timely and accurate processing of payroll information and variations as requiredEnsure compliance with statutory and organisational requirements through adherence to relevant processes and controlsParticipate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives in Payroll Services and broader HR Systems & Payroll Operations projectsWhat we are looking for: Experience in an administration or customer servicesDemonstrated commitment to customer serviceGood interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationshipsExperience in identifying and implementing service improvementsAbility to prioritise and manage expectationsProblem Solving ability.High level of accuracy.Attention to detail.Work independently.Analytical.ProactiveWhat you will get: Great remunerationOpen door and inclusive cultureHybrid working arrangement - Work from homeNetworking and social eventsImmediate start available for the right candidate
