As a Payroll Administrator, you will provide crucial administrative support to our payroll team, assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure accurate payroll documentation and timely responses to staff inquiries.
Your efficiency and proactive approach will help maintain seamless payroll processes.

Your key responsibilities will be to:Provide comprehensive administrative and payroll support, assisting with daily operational tasks to ensure efficient payroll processing.Execute accurate data entry and maintain payroll records, ensuring all documentation is thorough and up to date.Respond to routine payroll inquiries, escalating complex issues to payroll officers as necessary.Support new staff with onboarding processes and provide payslips and other pay-related documentation upon request.Foster collaborative relationships with payroll, HR, and Finance teams to enhance operational effectiveness.Ensure timely and professional responses to internal and external inquiries while completing additional payroll tasks as directed.Requirements for SuccessPrior experience in payroll or a similar role is desirable, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with excellent time management skills to effectively plan and prioritize tasks.Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure while adapting to changing demands.Quick-thinking and responsive, with exceptional problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated capability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team to ensure timely completion of tasks.High degree of professionalism and confidentiality, complemented by effective written and verbal communication skills.Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
