Applicants must have the ability to apply the required payroll skills and possess the necessary personality to work with our varied clients across all industry sectors.
PaysOnline assists clients with payroll, time and attendance, rostering, and HR capability with personalised payroll management. No day is the same. Experience in any or all of the above would be highly regarded.

Skills to be demonstrated should include:
Minimum 1 year AUSTRALIAN payroll experience required
Experience setting up Time and Attendance Solutions highly regarded
Outstanding literacy and communication
Eagerness to learn
Logical thought processes
Problem solving
Ability to research payroll-related questions as required
Commitment to make a difference for each and every one of our clients
Responsibilities will include:
Processing and monitoring multiple payrolls on a daily basis under strict timelines and conditions
Constant liaison with your own clients
The conversion of clients to payroll "best practice"
Researching payroll-related questions
Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all payrolls
Award interpretation of Modern awards
Working with HR functionality
