Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced end to end Payroll professional to join our Payroll team at our Brisbane Corporate office.
This job encompasses the effective coordination of planning, control and sustainability of Data and Pay run Execution. This role will see you coordinate the effective integration of the Payroll and Data processes end to end, ensuring that all SLA targets and measures are met.
This role is a key contributor towards ensuring processes are followed to pay all employees, correctly andon time.
This is your opportunity to join an established team, show off your SAP skills and utilise your extensive end to end payroll experience in this diligent and supportiveteam.
You will be responsible for the complete end to end process of your own portfolio, with the ability to process both weekly and monthly pays.Payroll clearing account reconciliations, Coal Industry long service leave, payroll reporting and extensive liaison with the respective Coal Mine Sites.Management of time and attendance exceptions through to statutory and ad hoc payroll disbursements.Review and resolve payroll queries from relevant internal stakeholders.While working with the team to consistently deliver suggestion on improvements, efficiencies and processes.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrated extensiveexperienceinhigh volume, full function payrolls.Advanced knowledge of SAP for payroll requiredIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal and time management skills.Problem Solving and Data Analysis experience is advantageous.Experiencewithin a mining or heavy industry sector working across multiple Enterprise Arrangements and Awards will be highly regarded.Additional InformationFull-time permanent roleCentrally located in our modern Brisbane CBD Corporate Office, close to train bus and ferry connections.Competitive salary + 12% superannuationFlexible work options with work from home and a 9 day fortnight availableAnnual incentive programWhat we Offer
