Payroll & Administration Officers (2 Positions) Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Full time Our dynamic Finance Team currently has two opportunities available for Payroll and Administration Officers!
Under the guidance of our Payroll Manager, we are seeking two positive, self-motivated individuals to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely payroll and administrative services for approximately 1000 employees.
One is a permanent position, and the other is a maximum-term 12-month contract, and we are open to considering flexible working arrangements such as job-share, flexible work hours and proposals to support family-friendly practices and work/life balance.
The Role

The successful candidates will be responsible for payroll processing and administrative support services, with a particular focus on Time and Attendance systems and Award/Agreement interpretation to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages.
About You

To succeed in these roles, you will be detail oriented with excellent organisational skills and demonstrated experience to undertake the following key responsibilities: Well-developed computer skills, intermediate Excel knowledge and experience working with Time & Attendance systems is essential; Experience with end-to-end payroll processing will be highly regarded; Interpret and apply relevant Awards and Agreements to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements; Excellent administration and customer service skills to handle payroll queries, action employee changes, new hires, terminations, maintain accurate employee records and resolve any discrepancies; Prepare and submit payroll and administration reports to management; Collaborate with managers to ensure seamless payroll operations;

We currently have 2 positions, one Permanent position, and the other is a Maximum Term 12-month position, and we are open to negotiating flexible working arrangements for the right candidates.
