Centacare Kimberley Limited is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation that provides a range of social support services across the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Our team of local staff represent language groups from across the Kimberley region, and are committed to providing the highest quality support to enable people to create their own life choices.Qualifications & ExperienceA qualification in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.A minimum of two years' experience in Payroll and Accounts Management.Experience in the use of XERO.Effective time management and organisational skills with demonstrated initiative for problem solving and continuous improvement on administrative matters.Skills with the MS Office suite & TANDA.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesStrong financial management skills with the ability to utilise a range of electronic accounting platforms.Effective bookkeeping skills with the ability to efficiently manage Payroll, creditor and debtor accounts.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain excellent relationships with suppliers.Ability to supervise staff and provide effective leadership.Capacity to manage physical assets through the development of effective monitoring systems and management plans.We can provide a competitive salary, along with 11.5% superannuation, a range of salary sacrificing benefits, accommodation allowance & 5 weeks annual leave.Applications will remain open until suitable candidates have been identified.
