Description: Payroll Responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and on time.Maintain and update payroll data, ensuring compliance with policies.Resolve payroll issues and respond to employee queries professionally.Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll operations.Drive improvements in payroll systems and processes.Accounts Payable Responsibilities: Review and process invoices for compliance and accuracy.Manage purchase orders and update vendor databases.Enter invoices into MYOB and assist with reporting on aged payables.Provide documentation for month-end financial processes.General Administration Duties: Perform reception duties, manage correspondence, and prepare reports.Handle travel bookings, meeting schedules, and data management.Support leadership and team members with ad-hoc tasks.
