Position OverviewACRRM provides financial support as payments to registrars, training posts and supervisors under a variety of state and federal funding mechanisms to support registrars who are undertaking the ACRRM Fellowship Training Program.
These mechanisms include, but may not be limited to, the Nationally Consistent Payments Framework for those Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) registrars and the Rural Generalist Training Scheme (RGTS).
This role is paramount in ensuring that the planning and implementation of payment models and schedules occurs and ensuring that the payments align with quality data and meet eligibility requirements.
This role operates within the National team and reports to the Fellowship Manager.
It works closely with the Business Systems Integration, Finance, national Placement team and the national and regional Training teams to ensure that accurate payments are made aligned to eligibility requirements.
Specific Role Responsibilities IncludeMaintain the provision of current informational resources across all payment opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.Maintain the quality assurance of payment application screening, approval and payment.Ensure that the planning and subsequent implementation of payment schedules occurs across all payments.Ensure that the payments align with data that is of a consistent high quality.Co-ordinate and implement the reporting and resolution of payment discrepancies.Stakeholder engagement across Business Systems Integration, Finance, Placements, regional and national Training teams.Development of scheduled and adhoc payment reports. Key CompetenciesExperience in data management.Experience in problem solving in a data-based environment.Attention to detail in relation to data accuracy and consistency.Teamwork and communication across teams.Provision of positive customer service.Stakeholder engagement.Demonstrate an understanding (or be able to gain an understanding) of the requirements of the ACRRM Fellowship Training Program. This is a newly established, fixed term full-time role, with ability to work from a range of locations across Australia, with hybrid working from home benefits.
