We are interested in people from a variety of backgrounds, with diverse experiences and skills to join our team, including those with a background in legal, regulatory, compliance, risk or similar.As a Payments Compliance & Operational Risk, Vice President within the Compliance, Conduct & Operational Risk (CCOR) team, you will be at the forefront of managing risk in a complex and changing regulatory environment.Job responsibilities:Assessing the activities of the Payments business and providing credible challenge in relation to compliance and operational riskProviding input on new business strategies, operational processes, risk mitigation and control effectivenessManaging relationships with key regulators and interact with senior key stakeholdersInvolving yourself in the regulatory change processes and significant risk and compliance related projectsManaging regulatory exams and responding to regulatory inquiriesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Bachelor's degree qualified with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experienceProven ability to collaborate and build effective partnershipsAbility to communicate effectively at all levels both orally and in writing, including the ability to operate in a complex organizational structureEffective analytical skills and the ability to manage several simultaneous tasksA self-motivated fast learner with the ability to work independentlyAn effective team player and able to engage people across all corporate hierarchiesFlexible and adaptable to dynamically changing work processes and environmentAdaptability to work under time pressure and resiliency to provide stable and consistent performancePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:It will be an advantage to have worked in a role that has had exposure to payments or banking activities.
