Payments Compliance & Operational Risk, Vice President

As a Payments Compliance & Operational Risk, Vice President within the Compliance, Conduct & Operational Risk (CCOR) team, you will be at the forefront of managing risk in a complex and changing regulatory environment.
Job responsibilities:
Assessing the activities of the Payments business and providing credible challenge in relation to compliance and operational risk
Providing input on new business strategies, operational processes, risk mitigation and control effectiveness
Managing relationships with key regulators and interact with senior key stakeholders
Involving yourself in the regulatory change processes and significant risk and compliance related projects
Managing regulatory exams and responding to regulatory inquiries
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor's degree qualified with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Proven ability to collaborate and build effective partnerships
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both orally and in writing, including the ability to operate in a complex organizational structure
Effective analytical skills and the ability to manage several simultaneous tasks
A self-motivated fast learner with the ability to work independently
An effective team player and able to engage people across all corporate hierarchies
Flexible and adaptable to dynamically changing work processes and environment
Adaptability to work under time pressure and resiliency to provide stable and consistent performance
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
It will be an advantage to have worked in a role that has had exposure to payments or banking activities.
