Here's what you'll be doing:
Managing Payment Assurance: Oversee the entire subcontractor payment process, ensuring all payments are accurate and timely.Exception Reporting: Identify and report any payment exceptions, ensuring they are addressed promptly.Auditing Payment Data: Regularly audit payment data to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.Investigating Discrepancies: Dive deep into payment discrepancies, interpret the data, and find solutions to resolve any issues.Resolving Disputes: Manage and resolve any payment disputes, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the outcome.Ensuring Compliance: Make sure all payment processes comply with established standards and maintain meticulous records for audit purposes.Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with Operations Site Supervisors & Managers, Finance teams, and Subcontractors to ensure smooth payment processes.About You You're a detail-oriented finance professional with a knack for analysing data and spotting discrepancies.
You excel in ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and your strong communication skills help you connect with stakeholders and handle disputes calmly.

Qualifications & Experience A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential.Experience or interest in Finance, Payroll, Dispute resolution, Financial Control, Risk Management, Treasury Operations, or Data Analytics.Proven experience in analysing, auditing, and reporting on financial data.Understanding in financial modelling and analytics.Active listening skills combined with a high level of curiosity to understand and address stakeholder needs effectively.Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy and precision in all tasks.Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions.A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with the ability to stay motivated and driven.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.About Team Global Express Team Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
