What You'll Do Analyse and map business processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to document current workflows. Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. Develop process maps to support the ERP transition. Lead ERP transformation: Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Oversee data migration, system configuration, and testing activities. Provide expertise in cash accounting, general ledger management, e-invoicing, GL reconciliation, and multi-currency handling. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards. Engage stakeholders: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations. Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes effectively. Document and report: Deliver reports on project progress and milestones. What We're Looking For Proven track record in business analysis for ERP transformation projects, specifically from a finance perspective. Expertise in ERP systems, particularly in TechnologyOne (Sage experience is also desirable). Strong knowledge of financial processes and terminology. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, independent mindset. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
