The Role
Due to continued growth, Paxon Group requires several Senior Consultants to join our team. The Paxon team provides commercial and strategic advice to a range of public, private and ASX listed companies across Australia.
The role will be focused on undertaking engagements delivering the following:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific objectives and challenges. Conduct thorough research and analysis to support business case development, policy reviews, and feasibility studies. Assess the financial, operational, and strategic dimensions of projects and policies. Identify risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate and enhance outcomes. Prepare clear, compelling reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations, both in writing and verbally. Provide expert guidance to clients, facilitating informed decision-making processes. Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments. Requirements
The roles are suited to candidates with:
Financial and commercial experience within the healthcare industry is highly desirable (though not required), whether from industry roles or advisory positions. Experience with investment logic mapping and health facility planning is highly regarded (though not required). Financial modelling experience is beneficial, though not required. Prior experience in consulting, the Big Four, law, or public health sectors is advantageous. Exceptional analytical and research skills. Strong financial and commercial acumen. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Robust problem-solving capabilities. Ability to think critically, articulate ideas clearly, and write logically. Proficiency in document writing and presentation preparation.
