The Role
This Project Manager role will focus on Meals Growth and is responsible for supporting the meals commercial team with delivering the meals growth strategy. The strategy has been developed with a number of workstreams to drive improved performance. This role will co-ordinate and support the stream leads in delivering the strategy. The main duties will include but not be limited to:
Work closely with the project sponsor, Head of PMO, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to update the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for delivery of the programme. Support the stream leads to continually update key milestones across the programme key dependencies, identification and mitigation of any risks, monitor progress and ensure effective and efficient delivery of the programme. Establish financial projections and the budgeting requirements to support the meals growth strategy. Manage the programme financials and work with the stream leads to develop targets and close financial gaps whilst managing the programme spend within budget. Management of third-party agencies supporting the meals growth strategy. Lead, motivate and inspire stream leads and teams with clear vision whilst driving accountability. The Person
To be successful within this role, you will have experience in managing end-to-end projects as well as the following skills and experience:
Marketing degree qualification or relevant discipline (Masters preferred). 7-10 years' experience within a Marketing related role. Strong project and programme management experience. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Exposure/experience within the FMCG food and manufacturing space. What we offer you
