The Role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a visionary Head of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to lead and optimise our planning processes across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of PMO, your main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Lead the development and execution of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, aligning business functions with our corporate strategy. Be responsible for the strategy, policy and procedures of all planning processes. Support the implementation actions of organisational changes. Develop and encourage a customer-centric culture in the Planning function. Monitor performance versus the demand and supply plan. Oversee the IBP Process and provide input and support to the Supply and Demand Planning teams to ensure that the ideal business outcomes are facilitated within the process. Provide strategic leadership and general management to the Planning team. Encourage a culture of innovative thought together with financial discipline. Develop and implement KPI's and drive communication, awareness and achievement on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis. Other ad hoc duties as directed. The Person
The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned leader with at least 7 years of experience in business planning, supply chain, or finance space including 5+ years in a senior management position. They possess a deep understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and optimize performance as well as:

At least 7 years of experience in senior management in similar roles. Tertiary qualified in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar related discipline, with demonstrated experience in FMCG preferable. Proven experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams and driving business transformation initiatives. Excellent understanding of planning processes, ideally IBP processes and practical experience. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated coaching, training and development abilities. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. Adaptive and strategic agility with a drive for results. High level of attention to detail. Expertise in data analytics, forecasting methodologies, and business intelligence tools. Ability to use data & statistics to tell a story to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A high degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge to challenge and drive consensus across functions. What we offer you
