Reporting to the SIMS Team Leader, you'll provide security service for employees, patients, visitors and equipment by showcasing your excellent conflict resolution skills and effortlessly handling difficult and aggressive situations in a non-threatening and friendly manner.
Your ability to adapt your verbal delivery based on the audience and setting will be invaluable.

To be successful in this role you'll have: Demonstrated extensive experience in a similar position preferably within a health environment.
Holder of a WA Security License, Certificate II in Security Operations, and WA Driver's Licence (C class) First Aid Certificate including CPR Holder of a Working with Children card (or willing to obtain one) Competency in physical restraints techniques when responding to aggressive patients/visitors.
Experience with handheld Personal Digital Assistants (PDA's) is desirable Proven experience in conflict resolution including the ability to control difficult and aggressive situations.
A resilient nature to work in fast-paced, high-pressure, and at times confronting environment.
