About this OpportunityReporting directly to our Operations Manager, Ambulance Services, as our newest Patient Transport Officer, you will form a vital part of our end-to-end transport for our non-emergency patients – ensuring safe and efficient patient care. You will be a key link in the patient transport experience, ensuring to improve the overall experience for patients, colleagues and the community!
In addition to primary patient transport duties, you will also be responsible for:
Providing medical transport and assistance at a range of major events within the Adelaide region, under the guidance of a ParamedicMaintaining equipment and vehicles in a state of operational readinessMaintaining comprehensive and accurate Electronic Health Records to ensure that patient transport records are available for future referenceCarrying out patient care within allocated scope of practice and in accordance with RFDS policies, procedures and guidelines.About YouYou are:
