Work with Us/In Their Words  Visit the Midwest Development Commission website  An opportunity exists for suitably experienced and enthusiastic Patient Support Assistants to join the Support Services team at Meekatharra Hospital. Permanent or Fixed Term (Part Time/Fulltime) appointments are available at various hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Position Profile The Patient Support Assistant duties include: Assisting patients with their activities of daily living, Assistance with cleaning in the hospital/staff accommodation and out buildings in accordance with infection control guidelines, Assistance with the preparation and delivery of patient and staff meals in accordance with current food handling guidelines as set out by the Department of Health, Laundry of hospital linen, Other duties as required.
