Our purpose is `great care every day'. About your opportunity: Fixed term temporary full-time, 9 months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months, commencing 25/11/2024 to 24/08/2025. The Patient Services Officer position will:
Delivers exceptional person-centred customer service to patients, their families and the public. Work collaboratively as a member of the administrative team and provides quality support to deliver a high standard of organisational and patient-focused outcomes. Contributes to creating an exceptional place to work by consistently aligning workplace behaviours to organisational values. All employees of the Mental Health Service Group may be required to work in other areas of the service. What's on offer: Generous remuneration package value up to $8138 p.m. comprising: Salary range of $2950.00 to $3280.70 p.f. (AO3) Annual leave with 17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation. Role Requirements: This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis. Probation period may apply.
