We are seeking an additional Patient Services Officers in our South Brisbane office.
This role is available on a full-time and part-time basis - with rotating shifts from 8:30am-12am Mon-Fri and 8:30am-5:30pm Sat-Sun.
We deliver the highest standard of care and service to our patients, doctors, and pharmacy partners and are seeking the right person to join our team.

The successful candidate will be reliable, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate initiative in solving problems and following issues through to resolution.

Previous experience in General Practice or Pharmacy is highly desirable, and familiarisation with MediRecords (practice management software) would be a bonus.
What you'll be doing
The Patient Services Officer is responsible for delivering outstanding concierge services for patients, clinical practitioners, and our commercial clients.
Provide efficient responses to inbound customer service inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Assist in doctor rostering.
Manage communications with our pharmacy partners and doctors.
Ensure patient results are communicated efficiently with doctors and liaise with patients for any follow-up activities.
Assist with reporting, receivables, and general administration requirements.
Manage and maintain all up-to-date information in the company web software platform and Practice Management System.
General administrative duties as required.
