We are seeking a Patient Management Administration Assistant to provide support for our Triage Services Department.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our Burwood East office in line with our hybrid working model.
About the roleReporting to the Patient Management Lead, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Provide broad administrative support, including diary management, meeting agendas and minutes, preparation of various draft correspondence and documents and written responses to correspondence.Act as an initial point of contact for the Patient Management Lead by responding to administrative enquiries and processing messages for follow-up and action.Undertake research and project work in consultation with management, when required.Provide administrative support as part of the development, implementation and management of patient management plans for frequent and complex callers.Coordinate and collate monthly/quarterly operating reports, as well as compile ad-hoc statistical, financial and analytical reports within given deadlines.About youTo be considered for this position you will possess:
Demonstrated substantial experience and expertise in providing secretarial and administrative support within a large organisation or department.Previous experience in the health sector is highly desirable.Demonstrated experience in the development and maintenance of administrative systems.Proven experience in using computerised financial information systems, word processing and spreadsheet applications including intermediate computer and proficient typing skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and the Internet.Working at Ambulance VictoriaAs a valued member of AV you will enjoy a professional working environment that recognises the importance of work/life balance.
