You will have opportunities to grow professionally, with regular performance reviews and the development of an education plan tailored to your career goals within the first three months.About the role:In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, with a typical day involving:Conducting morning handovers and reviewing current patient census and bed availability.Leading daily patient flow huddles with team members and department heads.Continuously monitoring patient flow using real-time data and communicating with various departments (e.g., Emergency, Surgery, ICU) to ensure smooth transitions.Addressing immediate issues, such as bed shortages, and implementing solutions to enhance patient flow.Overseeing the discharge planning process and preparing daily reports on patient flow metrics for hospital leadership.Engaging with patients and families to address concerns and ensure they are informed about their care plans.Benefits:Joining our team means becoming part of a supportive environment that values professional growth and innovation.
