The Role:
The focus of this role is to support the education and utilisation of products, programs, and services by healthcare professionals; including but not limited to specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and prescribers. This role has a focus on large hospitals in our Southwest Sydney Territory and your responsibility is to ensure the utilization of products and to deliver customized training and education strategies in line with Arrotex company guidelines. In addition, you will also be responsible for promoting our patient centric support program related to our Biologic/Biosimilar portfolios. This includes visits in both a proactive manner to target customers, as well as reactive to training and education requests.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop a cross-functional customer-focused account plan. Identify specific tactics with agreed-upon timelines and target goals.Demonstrate efficient planning, time management, record keeping, and resource utilisation for the assigned territory.Successfully execute in-field visits with customers based on the territory plan and call cycle frequency outlined in the KPIs and as agreed with management.Build and maintain positive working relationships & networks with prescriber networks and their medical and supporting administrative staff.Co-ordinate and manage functions designed to add value to customers, including in-service programs, journal clubs & Sponsorships as requested by customers as appropriate. Key Requirements: Experienced hospital sales representative with strong business acumen.Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical sales within hospital channels and specialty care.Experience in Gastroenterology/Rheumatology is preferable but not essential.Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and influence key stakeholders within the healthcare and pharmacy sectors.Professional demeanour, selling style with proven experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, call control, account development, and time and territory management.Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills along with excellent listening skills.Self-motivated with an ability to work individually and as part of a team, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
