The service provides Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy loan equipment to patients upon discharge from hospital as prescribed by our therapists.The role will entail, but is not limited to;To facilitate the delivery, retrieval and maintenance of patient loan equipment for the patients and internal customers of Joondalup Health Campus.Organisation, inventory management and storage of equipment.Delivering equipment to the patient equipment centre, wards and therapy areas.Sanitising and maintenance of returned equipment.Liaison with hospital staff, patients and the general public.Additional duties as directed by the Occupational Therapy Manager and Specialist Coordinator.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will meet the following criteria;Commitment to uphold and promote the Ramsay Way core values.Demonstrated customer service skills and professional standard of communication.Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office applications.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Adherence to department policies and procedures with sound WH&S knowledge and practice.Previous experience in a Patient Equipment role or as an Allied Health Assistant is desirable but not essential.What's in it for you?Professional Advancement: Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programs.
