PATIENT ENGAGEMENT & RETENTION SPECIALIST / CLINICAL COUNSELOR | Victoria Working for LASIK MD (a partner of Vision Group) is to help improve people's eyesight. The wage range for this role is $21.73 - 24.69/hr.
A look at your benefits You are eligible to receive a bonus.You have a permanent full-time position (40hrs/week).You benefit from free LASIK surgery, 3 weeks of vacation, 3 sick days, 1 floater, & 1 wellness day.You benefit from group insurance, telemedicine, & RRSP match.You work with experts in Ophthalmology & you can count yourself as a team member of one of Canada's Best Managed Companies.Your tasks at a glance You present treatment options to prospective patients.You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner.You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations, building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey.You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and EMR systems for tasks such as results tracking, reporting, follow-ups, and managing patient-related activities.A clear view of your assets You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gyms, etc.Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.You have the desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals.You are organized, results-oriented, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.You have excellent communication skills in English.Your experience in an eye-care environment is an asset.Required: You are comfortable traveling to other clinics for your training (expenses covered by Vision Group).Schedule: You have flexible work availability Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, as well as Saturdays on a rotating basis.From our point of view If you think you are the ideal candidate for this role and are ready to join a passionate and hard-working team, apply now.
