Working as a Patient Administration Officer, you will be the face of St Stephens.
You will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service to Patients, Visitors, Community members, Doctors and staff.
You will provide administration support as required to the Patient Administration Team Leader.
Duties will also include:
SwitchboardMaintaining Lodge bookingsMaintaining Car bookingsPatient account paymentsLiaising with Volunteers, Clinical Managers and Hospital StaffManage incoming and outgoing correspondenceEnd of day bankingMaintaining workplace manualProducing Identification cards for staffFlexibility to train across all administration areasWhat makes a difference for us:
Must have experience in managing a busy Main Reception areaPrevious Hospital or Medical experience highly desirable but not essential.Experience in excellent Customer Service in a Healthcare settingEvidence of ability to constantly multi taskAbility to communicate with Patients, Clinicians, Community members effectivelyWell developed interpersonal skillsEfficient time managementOrganised with an excellent attention to detailExcellent computer skillsFlexibility with working days and times between the hours of 7am to 7pm.
