Your goal will be to address their obstacles to employment, fulfill mutual obligations, and create a suitable pathway for job opportunities for participants.
Active participation in networking initiatives to foster stronger connections with local business community is imperative. This engagement is essential to enhance your effectiveness in securing meaningful employment opportunities.
This position is based at the JAE office in west Tamworth, NSW.
ABOUT YOU Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience in liaising with a wide range of clients, employees and employers.Ability to use your intuition in order to "read" situations and determine how to proceed.Ability to assess and develop strategies to meet the needs of all stakeholders with the aim to increase employment opportunities for our job seekers.Case management experience.Proven ability to work in a flexible and adaptable team that is open to change.Have good organisational and time management skills to multitask.High level computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.Proven ability or the capacity to maintain accurate and concise records.Ability to maintain strict confidentialityA current Driver's LicenseDesirable Criteria: Qualifications and/or experience in Community Services, Business administration or related field.
