We have approximately 100 NATA accredited laboratories that perform close to 6 million episodes each year for doctors, specialists, patients, hospitals, and corporate clients. About the role We are seeking part-time Collectors to join our dedicated team within Warrnambool, VIC. These positions will suit self-motivated individuals with a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on outstanding customer service.
Specific duties include: Collection of blood and other samples from patientsAttending to the care, storage, and processing of pathology specimensAttend to paperwork and associated clerical duties to ensure all details are correct in a timely mannerSkills and experience: Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection or relevant industry experienceExceptional customer service skills both in person and over the telephoneExceptional time management skillsSound clinical knowledgeA current Driver's LicenseAbility to communicate effectively with the collections team, doctors, patients, and other stakeholdersAbility to work alone and participate in weekday and weekend shifts across any of our collection centresRights to work in AustraliaAustralian Clinical Labs is an equal opportunities employer.
