About the role We are seeking casual and part-time Collectors to join our dedicated team within Ballarat, Victoria.
These positions will suit self-motivated individuals with a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a strong focus on outstanding customer service.
Specific duties include: Collection of blood and other samples from patientsAttending to the care, storage and processing of pathology specimensAttend to paperwork and associated clerical duties to ensure all details are correct in a timely mannerSkills and experience: Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection or relevant industry experienceExceptional customer service skills both in person and over the telephoneExceptional time management skillsSound clinical knowledgeA current Driver's LicenseAbility to communicate effectively with the collections team, doctors, patients and other stakeholdersAbility to work alone and participate in weekday and weekend shifts across any of our collection centresRights to work in AustraliaAustralian Clinical Labs is an equal opportunities employer.
