About Monash Health Pathology ServiceAlfred Health and Monash Health have established a formal partnership to deliver a Shared Pathology Service as one of two new pathology networks for metropolitan Melbourne. Monash Health Pathology is an integral part of Monash Health. It is the largest public provider of Pathology services in the state and currently operates 6 laboratories. Services are provided to the Public and Private sectors, and other laboratory services.
Now Recruiting a Pathology Client Relationship Manager - Full Time Permanent OngoingThe Pathology Client Relationship Manager will support the strategic plans of Monash Health and operational imperatives of Monash Pathology. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the patient-focused services of Monash Health Pathology to medical centres, specialists, GPs, and other referrers across the Monash Health catchment. In addition, the role will work in tandem with the Monash Health Pathology team to deliver results, manage issues and problems, facilitate IT access and training issues, grow market share, and foster long-term relationships with referrers.
Minimum Requirements: A knowledge of pathology disciplinesExperience in pathology/medical representative roleAn understanding of the Melbourne medical/pathology marketA strong customer-focusA minimum of 12 months sales experience would be highly desirableRegardless of background, excellent interpersonal and written skills are required. Candidates should be prepared for moderate travel throughout the South East regions of Melbourne. Competitive salary is on offer to the successful candidate.
