Who We Need A Filings Administrator or Paralegal to work in the Design Filings team. The primary function of this position is to manage the filing of design cases for the Griffith Hack design practice group.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing all aspects of design filings.

To be successful in this role, you will display: Outstanding levels of accuracy and client service skillsA proactive and enthusiastic approach to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisation and time management skillsFast learner who understands concepts and processes easilyA high level of professionalism and adaptability to changing situationsProblem solving skills and technical proficiencyEffective communication skills, written and verbalCommitment to provide best service with a positive mindsetKey Accountabilities and Responsibilities Create new files for all Australian and New Zealand design applications; manage all filing instructions, in consultation with instructing AttorneyAssist with all filing instructions, associated correspondence/documentation and manage administrative issues relating to design filingsPreparation of documents for filings including formatting of design representations and drafting correspondenceLiaison with Patent Offices in Australia and New Zealand as requiredMaintain client database records, case status records, create and maintain diaries and templates (Inprotech)Consult with Attorneys on design applicationsManage case workload and deadlines to ensure cases are filed and managed professionally and with careKeep clients and attorneys up to date on progress of filings, including preparing invoices and reporting lettersExperience Working to deadlinesAdministration and accurate data entryPrevious experience working in the Intellectual Property profession and with design filing and administrationLocation: Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane/Perth
