Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the engineering and/or ICT fields. Advising clients in relation to patent portfolio management, infringement, and patentability issues. Have a minimum of 24 months' post-qualification experience (up to Senior Associate level) as a registered Australian/NZ patent attorney or are an overseas qualified patent attorney currently nearing qualification in Australia/NZ. Hold a degree or higher qualifications (eg. Masters/PHD) in mechanical engineering or similar. Possess strong analytical and technical skills/knowledge. Have some hands-on experience in prosecuting/drafting patents (desirable). Exhibit outstanding communication, time management, and people interaction skills. REFERENCE: MARIA YUN (0403322119)
