The Role   Working alongside our experienced team you will assist in mise en place and service for the pastry team.

To be successful in this role:  You will have an eye for detail, and always look to improve yourself and the product.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience as a senior pastry chef.
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and can support the head pastry chef in the day-to-day running of the section.
Are well presented, organised, and can work to a timeline and high standard.
