Job Type: Permanent position | Full time positionJob DescriptionAperloos Bakery is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Pastry Cook to join their team in Warragul VIC 3820. The successful candidates will need to undertake and possess:Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough and pastry ingredientsMonitoring proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistentUtilizing various baking techniques and methodsWeighing ingredients and keeping track of the production scheduleStock management and orderingCleaning and equipment upkeep adhering to sanitation and safety regulationsSkills and Abilities:Ideally have a Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalentMinimum of 3 years' experience in the relevant fieldAbility to work in a team environmentOH&S awarenessSalary range is $70,000-$85,000 per annum commensurate with experience.
