Be trade qualified or have equivalent experience.
Work within a friendly team and inspire through pastry, industry, and consumer knowledge.
Adopt a creative approach to pastry.
Ensure quality and consistency of pastry products produced.
Maintain a strong knowledge of food, health, and safety practices.
Exhibit excellent time management and efficiency skills.
Possess outstanding communication skills.

Annualised Salary Offered: $75,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation.
